All applications must be in writing on the form supplied. We will assume that all applicants sharing may be considered. Each applicant who will be living at the residence must complete and sign a separate application form.
Upon commencement of the tenancy a security deposit equivalent to one and a half months rent plus the first months rent in advance will be required. This must be paid in the form of: Bankers draft, Building Society Cheque made payable to Premier Property Rentals Limited or cash. Should cash be used a handling fee of £11.75 inclusive of VAT is charged.
PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND THE FIRST RENTAL.
Subsequent payment of rents MUST be made by standing order via Premier Property Rentals Ltd unless stated at the start of the tenancy. All individual lettings are on Assured Shorthold Tenancies. All monthly rent figures quoted are EXCLUSIVE of Water rates, Council Tax, Gas, Electricity and Telephone unless otherwise stated.
Properties under our management are let under fixed term tenancies under which you will be committed to the full term of the tenancy. Lettings are normally for a minimum fixed term tenancies under which you will be committed to the full term of the tenancy. Lettings are normally for a minimum first term of six months although most properties can be made available for a longer initial term if required.
Please note: All tenants are fully responsible for the reconnection charge on telephones currently installed within the property and subject to being accepted by British Telecom.
Should a tenant wish to install a telephone within the property, this will be totally at his or her own expense. Landlords consent will be required for the installation of a satellite dish, cable television and cable telephone services. The costs of these installations are the tenant's responsibility.
Certain properties may not allow children, pet's and / or smoking. Please contact us if you have any queries.
TENANTS CONTENTS INSURANCE. We advise that all tenants take out contents insurance. The insurance we offer includes accidental damage to Landlords contents. Which will help protect your dilapidation's deposit. The premium can be paid monthly.
A reference fee must accompany the application form per applicant. This fee is non-returnable should the applicant not go through with the tenancy.
An administration fee payable by the tenant, which will need to be paid to hold the property.
